0 Preventing Skin of Disease Threats

The number of skin cancer increased rapidly throughout the world. At least two million cases diagnosed each year. Most are caused by sun exposure.

With humility we deserve to realize that we often underestimate the body's skin. Often we forget, the skin is an important organ. Surface has an area of about 1.5 meters to 2 meters square with a thickness of 1 millimeter-4 millimeters. The average weight of 4 kg.

Three layers of skin to form a force that is really incredible. That, of course, if the skin is healthy. Yes, leather is very strong for being able to wrap around the body without exception.

Skin is the outermost layer of the epidermis, contains three kinds of cells. Keratinocytes to form a sensitive layer so easily aroused when touched. This layer is quite resistant, especially on the palms and feet. Not surprisingly, this section will feel just a little amused when touched.

Melanocytes play a role in the process led to a brown color when the skin is exposed to the sun. Meanwhile, Langerhans cells capture undesirable microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria.

The second layer, the dermis, collagen must be grateful to the filling. Collagen is what makes skin elastic and strong. The third layer called the hypodermis (subcutaneous). This layer of fat. Its mission provides cushion when the leather goods are stressed by anything and protects the body from temperature or the temperature around it.

Uncomfortable
As a front guard, the skin becomes the primary guardian of the body except the hair. Not surprisingly, susceptible skin problems. Acne, for example. This is the most common problems experienced by adolescents and adults. Acne can be a nuisance long enough, could be ten years, but it will usually subside when we're adults.

The emergence of acne caused by excess sebum expenditure. Most occur in advance. When the acne is gone, minor damage (scar) could appear on the face. Difficult to understand is why in some people complete this scar can be lost, while in others a bit difficult.

Another disturbance is rosacea. He has a characteristic red spots at an early stage appearance. This condition is permanent and immediately followed by phases of inflammation and the resulting papules (small bumps on the skin) and pustules (pus-filled bumps on the skin, less than 1 cm diameter).

Although the exact cause is unknown, several risk factors can be identified. For example, alcohol consumption, food berlada, and hot drinks, and excessive sun exposure and the white race.

Psoriasis is one type of skin disease is a manifestation of the rapid life cycle of keratinocytes, epidermal cell types in the network. This is experienced by at least 2 percent of people around the world.

These cells accumulate and form red patches or plaques rather thick silvery, spread quite widely throughout the body. Such a way as skin would invite curious stares from people around him, so people often feel uncomfortable.

Disturbance acne, rosacea, and psoriasis makes people feel anxious, even depressed, and can lead to serious consequences on the personality and professional life.

Twice
The big problem arises when cancer attacks the skin. Some studies say that excessive exposure to sunlight is the most common cause of skin cancer cases.

About 80 percent of cancer cases appear on sun-exposed skin, especially on the face and scalp. Those who were white (Caucasian) most susceptible to this disease.

The incidence of skin cancer is increasing in the world today. Many Caucasian people who want a brown-skinned Asians. Meanwhile, many brown-skinned people who do not heed the sun exposure.

Melanoma is the cancer most experienced and young adults. Each year about 200,000 people suffered serious melanoma worldwide. This number will increase two-fold in industrialized countries. When recognized and treated early, the disease can be cured. However, if late, can be fatal.

Carcinoma is a cancer that attacks adults. The most frequent occurrence is the appearance of basal cell carcinoma or contour-shaped tumor that was quite impressive with a variety of forms.

Squamous cell carcinoma is the kind of dangerous. He is somewhat difficult to diagnose and cause quite a lot and a large wound. If not immediately addressed, the cell would be lethal.

Actinic keratosis (solar keratoses) should be frequently monitored closely because the potential to become very large cell carcinoma. He emerged from the effects of ultraviolet light. Damage or chaos appear in the form of tiny dots pink. When touched, the skin feels rough and progressively will form a scab gray or white. This species appears only in parts of the body exposed to sunlight.

10 tips to protect skin
In 1986, a large pharmaceutical company in France has launched a campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of melanoma and its prevention efforts. The campaign titled "Enjoy the Sun, Beware of Burns" suggests 10 things important.
  1. Be careful at certain times (at 12.00 to 16.00). This is the hottest time and is very aggressive ultraviolet rays irradiating the skin.
  2. Protect your skin with clothing. This is the best way.
  3. When exposed skin, get ready to use protective cream or sunscreen. Use repeatedly, but not in the long term.
  4. Use suitable clothing to protect skin.
  5. If you want to sunbathe, have a towel, cream, umbrellas, sunglasses, etc.
  6. Be careful though not felt, the danger is you exposed to sunlight but do not feel, either because there is sand, water, snow, or the reflection of cold air. All of it can not protect you from ultraviolet rays.
  7. Sunbathing or sun bathing is not the only risk factor. When gardening or exercising, you need to be cautious with ultraviolet light exposure.
  8. Avoid the child from exposure to sunlight despite the patron.
  9. Do not forget, the sun burns during childhood causes adult-onset melanoma.
  10. Most importantly, do all these tips!

2 Basic SEO Guide

Search engine (SE) optimization techniques vary. Some techniques will be beneficial for ranking in some search engines, but other search engines may penalize for overuse of these techniques. An understanding of the different SE and how they rank sites will help give someone who carries out SEO, a better understanding of how they should go about doing it.

One technique that is worth avoiding is keyword stuffing. Keyword stuffing refers to the over use of keywords, so that the search engine counts more occurrences and so the page is returned as a more relevant search result, higher up in the search results. This technique should now be considered obsolete and content should be written naturally without the constant repetition of keywords. They should definitely still be there, but not in every line, every title and certainly not hidden by using text coloring that matches the background.

When a site is first listed with the SE, the search engines will not have any information in regard to the site. Sites need to be crawled by 'spiders' that gather information which can be used to determine search results. With thousands of new web pages being created and added everyday, it's unlikely that your page will be crawled straight away. It may even take months.

Link building can increase your chances of being crawled by a SE spider more quickly. Spiders follow the links from other websites that they crawl, and so by having a few links on other sites that are well established in search engines then you can speed up the process. Once crawled, a site may not be visited again for a while. Some sites though are crawled very regularly. These tend to be sites that have new content added constantly. By placing a link to your site on one of these sites, you will certainly increase the chances of a spider coming your way, crawling your site, and soon you will start to receive traffic from the search engines.

It's important to look at both on-site and off-site SEO to get the rankings you are after. Sites should be built in such a way that search engines notice quickly what your site is about through correct usage of metadata, titles, headings and keywords and you should actively promote your site on other web sites using off-site SEO techniques.
Keywords are the words that people search for in a SEO. Metadata keywords are words you can store in the website code as a summary for search engines and they should be carefully chosen so that they actually reflect what is on the page. You need both metadata keywords - not more than 20 - and a meta description - a short description that summarizes the page in well constructed English, and contains the essential keywords relating to the content. Search engines will look at the content of your page and see how it relates to the keywords and whether the keywords are actually present.

0 Hide one of sidebar widgets in homepage blogger

Previously, we have discussed the trick to remove the post widget in homepage in blogger. Apparently, there is a new question similar to the question, i.e. “what if it is the one of sidebar widget that we try to hide, so the sidebar widget will not appear in the homepage, but it appears in the single posts”.
Can it be? The answer is yes, and it’s easy and simple to do that. Such a trick is usually done to make a blog look more attractive and is assumed to be more interesting than ever.
Before we enter the tutorial to hide one of sidebar widgets in homepage, we had better equate the perception about the terms that Kang Rohman uses, i.e. Homepage and Single Post.
Homepage here means the front page of a blog, e.g. Kang Rohman has a blog with the homepage address as http://www.blogspottutorial.com. You can see this address at your browser address bar.
home page
Single Post is the full page of an article. It is when you read an article fully, i.e. by clicking the title of the article or if the blog uses “read more function”, you can click the words “read more. The address of a single post is the combination of homepage address and the title of the article. Below is one sample of Single Post URL.
single-post
Well, now you should’ve got it, so let’s go to the point.
The first step you have to do is to identify the sidebar widget that you want to remove in the homepage. You can use a method, i.e. by knowing the title of the sidebar widget. Do the following instructions.

Knowing Sidebar Widget from its title

The easy way to know the sidebar widget to remove from the homepage, in my opinion, is from the sidebar title. From that, we will know the ID of the widget. Follow the steps below.
  • Please login to blogger with your ID
  • Click Design. design in blogger
  • Click Edit HTML. edit html in blogger
  • Find the code similar to: <b:widget id='HTML14' locked='false' title='Tutorials For Beginner' type='HTML'/>
    <b:widget id='HTML11' locked='false' title='Blogger Templates Gallery' type='HTML'/>
    <b:widget id='HTML4' locked='false' title='Latest Free templates' type='HTML'/>
  • Every blog may have the different code, so Kang Rohman writes “similar”. Copy and then paste the above code on notepad or the like.
From the above illustration, Kang Rohman’s blog has three widgets, and the important things you should pay attention are the texts printed in red and orange, i.e.:
  • HTML14 - Tutorials For Beginner
  • HTML11 - Blogger Templates Gallery
  • HTML4 - Latest Free templates
The red-printed texts are the IDs of the sidebar widgets and the orange-printed texts are the titles of the sidebar widgets. Now we have known the IDs of the sidebar widgets and then we will choose which widgets that will disappear from the homepage, but will appear in the single post page.
In order not to make this tutorial come to a dead-end, we will see the following explanations of the IDs:
HTML14
Since it is an ID, in the CSS code, we will need the sign ( # ) to place in front of it, so it will be like this:
#HTML14
Creating the CSS code
The CSS code to mask or hide an ID in a web page is as below:
#ID {display:none}
For above ID, i.e. #HTML14, then the code would be like this:
#HTML14{display:none}
The above CSS code is to hide the widget permanently, while we want the widget to disappear in the homepage and appear in the single post. For this purpose, we can use the “If Condition function” in blogger.

CSS function using If Condition

The method we will use in this tutorial is the CSS with the If Condition function. The code to display a sidebar widget only in the single post is as below:

For this tutorial, we have used #HTML14 (only example), so the code would be like this:

Where do we place the code? We can place it below the code </b:skin> or above the code

Still confused? Just follow the steps below to place the code:
  • Please login to blogger with your ID
  • Click Design
  • Click Edit HTML.
  • Find the code </b:skin>
  • Copy and then paste the code below, exactly below the code </b:skin> (Remember the ID here should be replaced with your own!)

  • Click SAVE TEMPLATE.
  • Done. See the result.
From the long tutorial you have been reading from the beginning until here, the bottom line is only to install the CSS code using if condition, nothing else

However, perhaps you are wondering the reverse thing from above tutorial, i.e. how to display a sidebar widget only in the homepage, not in the single posts.
It’s very simple to solve this. Just pay attention the following code:

So, you only need to replace the exclamation mark ( ! ) that is printed in red with the equal sign ( = ), and then the function of the code will be in reverse.

That’s all! ) GL everyone

0 5 Ways to Gather Fans on Facebook

We all know that Facebook is the hottest fad right now. Is it going to be around in 5 years? You never know because I look at how fast Myspace took a tumble. This doesn’t mean that Facebook won’t follow, but the point here is that you market where the people are and today, it is definitely a place like Facebook.
I don’t care what kind of business you run online or offline, there are people out there that want to check out your products, as well as become a fan. As long as you’re offering something of value, you can gather up fans on your fan page via Facebook. This is a fantastic way to promote to people.
Below are some tips that you can follow when you’re looking to gather up some fans with your Facebook page. The more fans you get, the better it’s going to be for your business because not only can you reach out to them all the time, you can keep them up to date on what’s happening in your world.
  1. Offer something worth value: No one wants to join a spammy looking site. If you’re in it just for the money, you’re probably not going to get a lot of people to join. Create something of value and the people should come.
  2. Advertise via Facebook: I gathered up a lot of fans via the Facebook ads. Instead of advertising my site URL, I decided to advertise my fan page. I would target those that would be interested in the product. You’re going to want to tweak your ads and find the one that fits.
  3. Put a widget on your site: The best thing that I did was put a “like” widget on my site. Right away, I gathered about 100 fans. Today, I consistently net around 20-30 fans per week. As more people join, you’re going to find that their friends will see your fan page in their recommendations box.
  4. Ask friends and family: Be careful with this one because you don’t want to spam your friends and family on your personal account, but every couple months, just let them know about your Facebook page and tell them how much you would appreciate it if they joined
  5. Create a contest: People eat up contests and if you hold one that is worth joining, you’re going to find that you’re going to get fans galore. It’s a great way to gather up new fans and as long as your contest isn’t extravagant, you should get a nice return on your investment.
I’ve found the fan pages to be more like a snowball. The more fans you gather, the more that will come. It’s going to take time, so don’t expect 200,000 fans over night. Once you do get a nice fan base, be sure to follow the Facebook TOS because you may find that if you post affiliate links, or something they don’t like, they can shut you down in an instance.

1 Stomach Pain For Chocolate, Sure It's Causes

img

Chocolate becomes favorite food a lot, especially for children and women. But not everyone can enjoy sweet foods, because some people feel a stomach ache every time I eat chocolate.
Abdominal pain caused by the chocolate may be associated with various disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, food allergies or lactose intolerance.
Other symptoms that developed in addition to abdominal pain after eating chocolate is itching, mild headaches and nasal congestion.
Here are some causes of abdominal pain every time I eat chocolate, as reported by LIVESTRONG on Friday (25/02/2011), namely:

  1. Stomach irritation syndrome (Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS)Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a chronic digestive disorder that affects the colon. IBS causes a reaction that is not stabilized in the intestine, such as diarrhea that can not be detained. The exact cause of this condition is unknown, but certain foods, like chocolate, can trigger IBS symptoms, according to MayoClinic.com. If you suffer from IBS, shortly after eating a chocolate person may experience bloating, flatus, abdominal pain, cramps, diarrhea, constipation or nausea.
  2. Food allergies Abdominal pain after eating chocolate can also be a result of food allergies. Chocolate products may contain ingredients that are very allergic, such as milk, soy, and wheat. If people are allergic to an ingredient in chocolate, she will develop symptoms within a few minutes. Symptoms of food allergies affect various parts of the body and not just the digestive system. Common symptoms other than abdominal pain as skin rash, facial swelling, shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, sinus congestion, sneezing and watery eyes.
  3. Lactose Intolerance Most chocolate contains lactose, the sugar found in milk. Lactose intolerance or also known as lactase deficiency, causing abdominal pain within 30 minutes or until two hours after eating chocolate. Because of the small intestine fails to create enough lactase, the enzyme needed to digest lactose, the excessive amount of bacteria can cause bloating, cramping and abdominal pain that cause diarrhea.
